"Great! Susan came to my house within a few days of my initial phone call to her. I had explained what I was looking for, so she arrived with sample of differnet floors that might work well - we agreed on a beautiful faux barn-style flooring that has an intricate raised grain pattern and cork backing to keep it almost as quiet as the carpet had been. The flooring arrived in the warehouse wihtin a few days, and could have been installed almost immediately except for my schedule, so it had to wait a week till I could be home. The two installers arrived just a little earlier than I thought they'd be there (7:15), but that was all right since everyone was up and I was out front with the dog anyway. I couldn't believe how fast they ripped up all the rug, installed the floor, and cleaned up! They were done by around 11:00. The flooring went into the master bedroom, a very large walk-in closet (8x10) and a small hallway to the laundry room, so there were lot of cuts to make, and they also installed thresholds, shoe molding around the walls, and so forth - extremely professional job and very, very clean when they left. I had removed all the small items and decor from the room, as well as the longer hanging items and shoes from the closet, but the installers still had to move a lot of furniture to get the floor down, and it was all back in place when they were done. the floor is just beautiful now, and I wish I had done this years ago! (I have two cats and a dog who is not really committed to his house training, and that carpet was at least 20 years old... you get the picture.) I was delighted with the service throughout this experience and I love, love, love my new floor! I'll be calling Susan again."

"We has a challenge from the beginning as we were trying to match the color for our 15 year old hardwood floors. Parag from VCH Flooring provided us with multiple options and we were to closely match the colors to our existing floors. The entire team was professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and installed the new hardwood floors with great care. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our new floors and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!"

"The installers did a fantastic job and worked so hard! Very efficient and they even cleaned up. Im very happy with my new shower tub combo. I forgot to mention that they also had to remove a giant hot tub bath that I hated. Perfect! Thank you so much."

"Excellent! Dave is very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with the pellet stove. I wish this company had installed my stove. I would recommend this company."

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"The most responsive and competent crew EVER! Handled every challenge we threw at them— plumbing, busted water heater, specialty painting, cabinet refinishing, floor installation... all of it. Even came to check out a leak over Easter weekend. I’ll keep them calling as long as stuff keeps needing to be fixed. And it’s an old house so... yeah. LTNS for life."

"GREAT! Easy to work with. Matt and Michael were excellent and easy to get along with. Very neat, clean, and professional. They will get my business again. You won't be sorry with this company. The installers would not put the floor down because they noticed a possible water issue, giving me the opportunity to get someone in here to fix that first. A++++++ for recognizing the problem and alerting me in lieu of just slapping down a floor. Came a week later and got the job done! No complaints. Both store owner and son are involved and very nice!"
