"Iâ m in property management and Iâ m always in need of things done within a quick turn around. I reached out to Great American hauling for removal of items from an eviction. They were quick to respond and did the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend there services and look forward to working with them again in the future."

Quality over Quantity! I take pride in everything I build or replace, I don't cut corners and I don't like to be asked to cut corners, pride is in the Quality of work, not quantity.

"The deck building experience was smooth and stress-free from day one. The crew communicated clearly, stayed on schedule, and delivered excellent workmanship. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. I?d gladly hire them again for future projects!"

"They did an excellent job rebuilding the back porch roof where the wood had rotten. The rebuild was completed just as requested and in a good quality. The metal roof was dry and good quality."

"We have hired Perfection Roofing and Siding multiple times, including having them replace all of the siding on our home. "Perfection" being in the name is very well deserved. Even other contractors have commented on how good the siding looks. No one else will touch my siding or paint my house, full stop. Russ is a gem of a human being. He's responsive, fair, and even managed to introduce us to the adoption agency we got our dog from. His warranty is gold. If you raise a question or concern, he's going to make it right even years after the works is complete. Hire Perfection Roofing and Siding."

"Deans Construction has gone the extra mile to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Chris, as well as his staff, especially Jamie, is conscientious and friendly. Chris responds very quickly to texts or calls. I always felt very comfortable leaving the workers at the house while we were at work. The workers have been punctual, courteous, polite, and efficient in every job that I have requested. ( I actually think I will miss seeing some of them.) Any concerns that I may have had were dealt with expediently.
I have already hired Deans Construction to do another job for me and would not hesitate to hire them again. The work was speedily done and beautifully executed. I have recommended Deans Construction to my daughter and son-in-law to do the renovations on their new home.

"Very happy with my bathroom remodel and the professionalism from Tim. My ceiling was replaced due to moisture in my bathroom and the finished product is flawless. He installed an exhaust fan to fix the problem. Tiling done around bathroom tub is beautiful, and I’m a perfectionist. Would recommended always."
