"Great...I wanted my cesspool pumped and when the tech dug up the pools he brought me outside to show me the caps. The caps from the previous owner were homemade from cement and debris....I couldn't believe it!! To think that my kids have been playing in the yard for 10 years over home-made shotty caps. The tech recommended replacing the caps but since I didn't expect the expense that day he offered to cover the caps but mark off the area to keep the kids away and then called his boss to see if he could give me a better price. I decided to go with new caps. The tech explained the situation to his boss who gave me a discount...the caps were replaced that day. I NEVER felt pressured. The job was done, yard cleaned up. I thought the tech and the company were conscientious and fair. <br />"

"Mr. James Ryan of JRS Maintenance came to my home to replace the old pipes under my kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"
