On the next two days, Mitchell P and Chinedu took out a bathtub and shower, creating a beautiful, large shower in my other bathroom. I didnâ t really get to know Chris because he came only the first day, but I enjoyed getting to know Mitchell and Chinedu. They were very hard workers who were knowledgeable and patient as they thoroughly answered my many questions. They were not only friendly and pleasant, but they really seemed to enjoy their job. West Shore Home is fortunate to have such outstanding, professional bathroom remodelers. I really like these guys, and I LOVE my new bathtub and shower!"

"We had a kitchen, master bath, and half bath renovation completed. We bought a foreclosure and needed the kitchen, half bath, and master bath gutted to the studs and redone. We did all of this up front before we moved in. We quickly realized many of the contractors on Angie's List were not general contractors. Time was running out so we had to find a contractor quickly because it was delaying the closing on the house. Carl and Ralph were amazing. My kitchen and bath look like they are right off of houzz."

"Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."

"Sales personnel helpful, not too pushy. Installers prompt, pleasant. Left everything neat and clean. Great job on bathrooms. However, I had tile floors installed in both bathrooms. Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation."
