"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

You will regret paying less for poor quality gutters and guards. (and a poor install)
Ivan will work on your home,as if it was his own.
I have 4200sq foot home and I had a full re-do completed.
I live in an area with tons of trees and not having gutter guards, is not an option.
The most expensive guards are rated #1 in consumer reports, and the rest are just not as good.

We did not read the ad right, and the gutter cleaning was only for the exterior. Although the tech said they could do it for an additional $x, they were unavailable to make this request as well. House looks much better than it did, though. They will be using your water, not theirs."

"Brian Genovese sent me pictures via email which was helpful since I don't live in NJ and needed to hire someone to work on my mother's house. The pictures showed the old gutters falling off the house so I could understand just how bad the situation was. Genovese's price was lower than another gutter repair outfit. There was some debris left over from the old supports and it would have been good if they could have cleaned that up. Other than that they did a fine job."

"This guy was great. He brought his own truck and was a professional. Unlike some that show up in a mini van with a small power washer from sears this guy had the equipment to get the job done. He and his two helpers worked for 4 hours on a 4000 square foot home. I have to admit with a black shingled roof my white gutters were ugly. We had been looking for several years for the person that could get these gutters cleaned? I wish I had taken b4 pictures so I could post them. This house looks great.
