"Van Croshier Concrete replaced our driveway and service walk. The new service walk is 1 foot wider, and the step up to the porch is slightly lower to remedy the gap that had formed between the walk and the porch. They also caulked a crack in our front porch and in a corner block of the house. We were very happy with all aspects of the work, starting with the very detailed estimate provided by Vicki and Van Sr and continuing with the excellent work done by Van Jr. and his team. A few positive points that we particularly appreciated were the following: 1) Prior to the work beginning, Vicki promptly responded to my emails regarding concerns about the weather and other factors. The work actually started a few days ahead of schedule, which was very helpful to us. 2) The owners and workers were respectful and thorough in responding to our questions throughout the job. 3) The work is of excellent quality with attention to detail and neatness. 4) The team worked efficiently without wasting time. It seems that each team member had his assigned specialty, so everyone was very competent. 5) They did a bit extra without additional charge, caulking other blocks around the base of the house that were not included in the estimate. We’re grateful for this extra service. 6) Finally, we were grateful that Van Croshier Concrete made the whole process easy on us. We did not have to call to get the building permit or arrange for the utilities to flag the property. They took care of all that for us. Thanks very much for a job well done!"

The Sotos crew placed down wood to protect the sod around the areas they were working and during the concrete pour put up plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding area. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They matched finish texture to the adjoining concrete and blends well with the existing concrete in both locations. We would hire Sotos Concrete again."

"Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"We used Tony and crew in 2013 - he is a neighbor down the street and to know Tony and his wonderful family is to know you will be well taken care of. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. Loved the work, but not sure what I like more--the concrete or the man behind the mission. Thanks brother for great work! Hope to get to use you at the new place."

"The steps off my back porch were damaged and crumbling. Mr Solis was able to repair them instead of tearing them out completely. He over laid them and put a stamped concrete finish on them. They are sturdy and look beautiful. Mr Solis and his crew did a very good clean up job. I will definitely use him again in the future."
