It was evident from the first meeting that Van Croshier was a concrete professional. He and his crews were on schedule, on budget and communicated often to keep us informed. Croshier solved our significant water pooling problem by carefully sloping the driveway and installing two drains underneath. The crews cleaned up daily and thoroughly at the end of the project. The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the personal attention from a family-owned company. Our finished driveway-with extra detailing around the edge-is as beautiful as concrete can be. "Mike and Andrea Golish were wonderful and a joy to do business with.   Mike explained in detail what to expect during the process.  His crew came out and started work immediately.  It took 2 days to complete the job.   The patio is gorgeous - Mike and his crew did a great job of finishing off the colored patio - with a nice broom finish with smooth edges.  My decorative patio is a gem in my backyard.   I truly look forward to spending alot of time using this once unused backyard.   My neighbors were so impressed a few of them asked Mike to give them a quote.

"I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."

"Once we could get good weather for three day with not too much rain before doing the work it was clock work. Demolition on Tuesday and installation of foundation boards and leveling and tamping of foundation we were ready for the pour on Wednesday morning. Started pouring around 10:30 and had the pour complete a little after noon. His finishers work until about 4, put in the correct amount of joints both vertical and horizontal and applied a broom finish. Tony put on the seal coat on Wednesday afternoon and was back on Thursday morning with top soil to fill in the edges. Minimal disruption to yard was done. My original drive was 42 years old and I know that this will outlast the original because it was done correctly with proper joints. I highly recommend Tony and will use him again if and when my patio needs to be replaced. He install a curb on the back of the turn around at no additional cost as a safety precaution, something that I asked if could be done. Final cost was about $7.20 per sq foot. This included all demo work, demolition of old drive, hauling away of old concrete, additional sub gravel (10 yards), 4000psi concrete with fiber, proper jointing with broom finish (my request..he can do anything you want), seal coat and top soil fill. No litter, no debris and a great crew. Very pleased with the quality of work and Tony was great to work with. Did everything he said he would and more. Use Tony and you will get an excellent result,"

"The steps off my back porch were damaged and crumbling. Mr Solis was able to repair them instead of tearing them out completely. He over laid them and put a stamped concrete finish on them. They are sturdy and look beautiful. Mr Solis and his crew did a very good clean up job. I will definitely use him again in the future."
