"The guy who came by and performed the inspection and quote was very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately with their termite service, if termite damage occurs while you have their service, they do not cover the cost to repair damages. The worst part was about a week later I got a call from a woman from their office asking about their quote and if we wanted to move forward with their service. I told her we wouldn’t be because they don’t cover termite damage while under contract with them. She then became a little miffed and told me that no pest control company covers termite damages. She also bragged about them getting all the ex Terminix, Orkin, and Action Pest Control clients because they don’t cover damages, which was a childish point to make. Also, I hate to break it to her but all three of those companies do cover termite damages while you’re under their contract and I have first hand experience with Terminix hiring a general contractor to come out and fix my previous house’s termite damages at no charge. So she is just trying to make other companies look bad. I liked the inspection guy, but I would never do business with this company."

"My wife and I are first-time home buyers, and had our offer accepted on an AS-IS foreclosure property in Carmel. I took longer than expected to get back to this...sorry Sean.
The report was extremely thorough and gave us a clear picture of what we were really getting into.
Unfortunately, the report also scared to poop out of us, and we ran away from the property.
Now we have had our offer accepted on a different property, and will again be using Sean to look everything over.
We will be promoting Sean's services to everyone we know looking for a home inspector in the future!

"After hearing claw scraping sounds from the crawl space on a Wednesday morning I joined Angie's List Thursday evening and searched  the top rated animal removal services. Mr. Lawson's All Animal Rodent Removal had the best references and an acceptable price structure. I called Mr. Lawson at 8 AM Friday and was lucky enough to get him before he left his office. He was here before noon and completed an inspection of the exterior of the house both on the ground and the roof. He determined where the animal was coming into the crawl space, he went into the crawl space and found that the incursion was recent due to the scent and lack of refuse. He placed a trap and instructed me how and when to check it. The next morning there was a raccoon in the trap. I called Mr. Lawson and told him, by the time we returned from running errands the trap and raccoon had been removed and a system installed to determine whether there were more animals under there. After my checking the system for several days with no evidence I called, he returned and installed screens behind the offending crawl space vents, as we had discussed in his previous visit.
