"Henry and his team did an outstanding job on our landscaping project! I needed a complete overhaul of the front, side and backyard. I had no idea what to do or what plants to choose so Henry came up with ideas for each area. He worked with what I already have and improved upon it. He fixed all of the problem areas and installed proper irrigation. He and his team worked hard each and every day, always cleaning up before leaving. "Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
