The in-home design consultation was very smooth and helpful, and while the pricing was a bit more than we were budgeting for, we believe the investment in upgrading our closet spaces (7 in total!) will be well worth it. "They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."

We made a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate them easily. They were able to finish our bathroom remodel in five weeks, and they turned out beautiful!!
