"The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."

"My wife and I had Rick and Bordeaux Luxury Homes completely remodel our guest house last year (2019). We spent about three years trying to find a contractor who would either return our calls, see our house or provide a quote once they did see our house. Rick was the first contractor, of at least five, who contacted us, made an appointment, kept the appointment, and then followed up with a design plan and a quote. He was very good at explaining what to expect during the remodel process and providing remodel recommendations. Also, every Sunday throughout the remodel, he emailed us that weekâ s plan so that we knew what expect and which decisions we had to each week. We have an older home, about 75 years old, which needed extensive work both inside and out. We tried to maintain as much of the historic feel of the house while adding a modern, lighter, airier feel. Rick and his staff did that. Additionally, we had numerous special requests, e.g. replace a steel awning with an updated canvas awning, add an upstairs, screened-in deck, and retain but update the houseâ s wood/textured exterior, and Rick did a great job accomplishing those requests. We also had some unexpected obstacles arise during the remodel which Rick was able to work through. We originally didnâ t plan to replace the roof, but Rick found that we had a leak which would have caused future problems if not fixed. Rick has a pretty extensive team of subcontractors which made it easy to roll the reroofing into our existing remodel without delaying the overall project finish date. Overall, we are very happy with the remodel and feel that we now have a showcase guest house. Rick and staff exceeded our customer service expectations, gave and met realistic deadline expectations, and left us with a beautiful that weâ re proud to show off to guests."

"Recently completed a kitchen remodel with Lifestyle Remodeling! What I like about them is how they worked with us when we had questions or concerns about anything that needed a tweak along the way through the process. Sometimes things needed adjusting to look just perfect and Haviv made sure to make everything right along the way. We got a full kitchen demo and remodel from the floor to the ceiling, with popcorn ceiling removed on the full lower level of the house. All new paint downstairs and can lights installed! Our kitchen is gorgeous and our downstairs lighting and rooms are so much brighter and look great with the new facelift of fresh paint. We absolutely love our new kitchen and appreciate the hard work that was put in to make everything beautiful!"
