They also informed me of any issues with decking before fixing. Yard was cleaned up to perfection when job was done. Customer service was also great. Always prompt with responses. "Spoke with Jacob to schedule an estimate on Saturday and provided all of our contact info via text message, as requested. Unfortunately, Saturday came & went and Jacob's Gutters didn't show up. The company only followed up with me when they received another quote request from Home Advisor, which was me trying to look for another gutter company. Jacob was very pleasant to speak with, but the lack of organization, lack of follow through and lack of ability to leave a voicemail on his phone (mailbox full) are all yellow flags in my book. We decided to go with All Pro Gutters instead. "The contractor completed all gutters in one day in the rain and til dusk without a break.. He really worked hard for his pay. Very polite. I supplied him with hot coffee. Got several inches of snow followed by a hard freeze in January. When it got above freezing water poured over the gutters and froze at night creating an ice problem at the front door. Will see how the gutters work in a hard rain in summer."
