"<p>Due to some existing substandard installation, the PVC kitchen drains from the garbage disposal and the adjacent sink fell off.  And due to the weight of the existing copper pipe connecting them to the wall, and that it was only glued into the wall connection, the copper pipe pulled away from the wall connection.</p> <p>I called JJ's Plumbing after reading their reviews here, and they replied to my message promptly.  The lady said they could have someone out there in 30-45 minutes to give me an estimate.  I drove the 35 minutes home from work, and Mike arrived shortly thereafter.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> </p> <p>Mike explained why the problem had happened and two ways that it could be fixed.  If he could solder the copper pipe back into the wall connection, he could place new PVC drain, traps, and connections to that copper pipe.  This would cost about $150, he said.  He stated that if the solder would not hold, he would have to replace all the pipe under the kitchen sinks, as well as a section of pipe in the wall, including the connection from the bathroom sink immediately opposite the kitchen drain pipe.  That would cost upwards of $350.</p> <p>I asked when he would be able to do the work, and he said he could get right to it.  I was quite happy to hear that.  The solder held and he connected everything.  He also put in a strap to help hold up the heavy existing copper kitchen drain pipe.</p> <p>JJ's was able to send someone out right away, not just to give an estimate but to do the work as well.  Mike was very courteous, gave me the options I had, and did a prompt, great job.  I would highly recommend JJ's to my friends and co-workers.</p> <br />"

"They did some work for me. They were pretty good. They found a clogged water line. It was lowering the hot water pressure in the unit and wasn't getting to the showerhead and one of the other bathrooms. They actually solved the problem. I had a couple of other plumbers try and couldn't figure it out. We talked about the problem extensively. They had as a last result of going into the wall and pulling out dry wall. The other plumber I had talked wanted to do that first. I said no there ha s to be a better way. So they trouble shot it and found the clog a different way and changed out some pipes and got it done. They look at me when I talk to them and adhere to my constraints of the job was going to be done."
