"The service technician arrived on time, however he did not come to the front door.  He went into the back yard and knocked on the patio door.  He was very quiet and not very responsive to my questions.  He did not provide an estimate while he was on-site, he sent it three days later via email.  I also had him look at an area that leaks during the winter months.  He told me he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me.  I recieved an email approximately 1 week later, the estimate was not specific and the cost for the repair was quoted as a starting price, because they were unsure why the leak occurs.

Communication with the team was exceptional, managing expectations of the project remodel very well (i.e., dust, noise, completion dates, project goals). Very helpful suggestions in the design phase, with sensitivity to our budget in the remodel process. John paid careful attention to managing sub-contractors, maintained and exceptionally clean job site, was personable and very trusted in our home. "I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyday there was a new development at the end of the day. It was a beautiful transformation from a dated 1950 kitchen with small galley, into an awesome entertaining classic contemporary kitchen and living space. He managed to enlargen the kitchen without exhorbitant costs by opening up an entrance area. He not only made cosmetic changes, but created a space that more light would come into the kitchen without major costs of changing outdoor wall space and costly window upgrades.

Jeff and his team were very timely, organized, and were done as promised at the end of each day. He would always consults us about any new issues or concerns. He was the master professional in making our kitchen beautiful.
In addition Jeff amd his team also placed new flooring throughout all the living areas. It was a nasty job, as there were layers of uneven flooring. We can't say enough about his work. Furthermore, his prices were totally reasonable. Lastly, his comment about and quot;it's a get it done by xmas joband quot; came true. We had a lovely first experience with our kids and grandkids in our new spaces by XMAS.

"We had our upstairs hardwood floors sanded and refinished, and afterwards, there were gaps between the floors and the baseboards (these gaps were previously hidden by carpeting). There was also a piece of trim on a door missing when I bought the house, and we needed a new door threshold from the hardwood floors into a bathroom.
Jon Lang came out to look at the work we needed. He suggested 1/4-round instead of shoe molding, since some of the gaps were bigger. He took measurements, quoted us for $833, and we agreed to the work.
We had worked with Jon before, and he was kind enough to deliver the trim early so we could paint it first. That was great, so we didn't have to worry about getting paint on the floors.
The work was all done in one day, and it really provided the finishing touch to all the other work we had done upstairs.
Jon does high quality work, for small or big jobs, and we highly recommend him. We have already used him again for other work, and will continue to do so as needed.
