Some item that were on my inspection report for my new home were things that there was no issue with. "We joined Angies list because we were having a hard time finding a company that could come out in a emergency. After wading through the list of contractors, trying to find one that was available, we called this company. The on call guy answered right away and was very friendly. He was at our door in about two hours and went right to work. (Pretty impressive for 9 at night on a friday.) He figured out that the main sewer line going to the septic tank was clogged. After about a hour of snaking he was able to unclog the pipe. What was really impressive is how well he protected our home from the nasty mess that came out of the pipe. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for all of our plumbing needs."

"I was assured an appointment for diagnosis of a problem with my washing machine for specific day & timeframe that accommodated Serviz as my schedule was flexible. I was contacted the day of appointment by email stating there were no pros available in my area but they were working on it. While waiting I received a call from Serviz saying the carpet cleaning service is on its way. I explained I was having an appliance repaired. They verified my name & address as showed I requested my carpet to be cleaned. Shortly thereafter dispatch called back to say they were able to find someone who did arrive on time leaving me curious about the quality & experience of tech. An inexpensive part (lid switch) for washing machine was needed. Took tech 10 minutes to diagnose and replace. Charged $190 which included a 10% discount. My brother who lives in another state who also owns & operates an appliance sales & repair business told me he would have only charged $92.50 and felt the Serviz charge was too high. The customer service department, dispatch and tech were very professional. I will reconsider whether or not to use Serviz because of the cost. As a consumer I am willing to pay a fair price for the value I am getting but do not appreciate paying more than us reasonable."

"I HAD NOT EVEN GOTTEN OFF THE INTERNET BEFORE THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I RECEIVED AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS GOOD FOR ME AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY HAD THE PART I NEEDED WITH THEM AND REPAIRED MY HOT WATER HEATER VERY QUICKLY AND FOR A REASONABLE AMOUNT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE."

I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished. 

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.

He was very good about communicating with me and had the work completed within one week of my call. We haven't had a huge rain since the repair work was done, but all looks good and I'm confident that the leak is patched. Serviceman called back I explain the circumstance's to him he states he needs 125.00$ to come to house
I gave him my credit card he charges the 125,00$ then proceeds with a sales pitch about how much cheaper a monthly fee for
their service would be, I declined.
Serviceman arrives looks over situation calls me back states it will be 701.00 to clear sewer line that has a outside house access
Tenants can not use toliets or showers serviceman is aware of the situation I am in and I tell him to proceed 
His total labor time was about an hour
will never use them again

"It was a life changing service. Met with Albert on a Monday and the quote process was very smooth. I could tell right away that Albert has a passion for what he does and when you hear the back story on how he formed the company, it makes perfect sense why his work ethic is so strong. We hired Sol's and they came out that Saturday. Albert, his wife, and his daughter spent about 10 hours in our home cleaning the air ducts and 2 A/C & Furnace units. Not only were they courteous and respectful of our home, they were very friendly, dedicated, and openly communicated about their process as well as how our ducts were looking. Before they started, according to the pics taken by Albert, the ductwork upstairs look like it had a layer of snow (due to the previous owner doing drywall work while the A/C was running). It was completely spotless afterwards. And downstairs... OMG! The house we bought was built in 1939 and has probably never had the ductwork cleaned. According to the pics, it literally looked like mounds of really old blown-in insulation in an old attic. But it was in our ductwork! And they found a couple of petrified mice too hanging out in there. I suffer from allergies big time and noticed that I had trouble breathing when we moved in... And after having Sol's clean our air ducts, I can breathe easier and the home literally smells clean and sanitized, which they do sanitize the ductwork at the end of the cleaning. My wife and I are very grateful to Sol's and their attention to detail... even hand-cleaning the A/C fan blades and soaking/sanitizing the vent & return covers. We could not have made a better decision for our health and we are very honored and proud that Sol's performed the work."
