"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. "Hubert Construction performed large scale construction/ additions to my home in 2022 and 2024. I had a large addition done in 1998, which I only wish could have been Hubert Construction. "Dennis and his team installed a new beautiful bathroom from scratch. They had to build the room, install new plumbing, attach to the HVAC, frame and install the door, tile, paint, install all the fixtures, sink, toilet, handicap bars, and build outside stairs They did an excellent job. All their work was great, Dennis was always here when he said he would be and called back promptly when I had questions. His team was very nice and neat. I am very happy I chose Dennis for the job. "Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
