"AMS is our HERO. The city sewer backed up and filled one third of our basement just before kickoff on Super Bowl Sunday. By halftime George had arrived. He calmly assessed the situation, and set up a time to return the following morning. His workers were polite, professional, and meticulous, and did an unbelievable job of cleaning up a horrible mess. By the end of the day the damaged items, sewage , and much of the smell was gone. Huge fans and a germ-killing ionizer ran for three days. When they were finished the floor was bone dry and absolutely clean. It occurred to us that the floor could not have been better cleaned if it were being prepped for painting. So we will be doing so. "Absolutely outstanding service and work. Chris, the owner, answered my call within minutes and came to my house the next day to give me an estimate on needed mold remediation. He answered all of my questions, and when I asked, he referred me to an excellent certified tester who also came the next day. Speed was important to me because I have a mold allergy. Chris came up with a comprehensive plan to do the job right and still keep it allergy-safe. He and Rene taped down paper though the house so that the mold-covered tiles and drywall he removed did not get on my floor. They taped a heavy plastic tarp with zipper opening on the door to the room they worked and and wore protective boot covers that they changed each time they left the room they were working in. They left my house as clean as when they came. Rene and Chris were professional from beginning to end and showed attention to detail to avoid cross contamination and remove the mold effectively at a fair price. They addressed my issues effectively and were so pleasant to work with. It made it seem like they were family watching out for me. And now I am breathing better than I have for a long, long time.
