He figured everything out and solved assorted glitches and complications. His work is careful and accurate and meticulous. He also repaired our basement ceiling tile, which was a ‘70s mess. Old fashioned tile had fallen, broken, or worked loose in several spots. I was able to find matching replacements and he quickly made it all look like new. He spent a solid 8 hours straight working on these two projects . I especially appreciated this because he had to come from plus-30 miles away, and I had thought it would take much longer., at least 2 days. Everything is perfect. I would trust him completely with any repair, and I hope to call on him in the future. I will have some projects lined up for warmer weather. He offers far more than a handyman service. "The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
