"They called on a Sunday and suggested I call Monday at 8:30AM and set up an appointment, if I thought one was needed. I called Monday and spoke to Ben, and explained my icemaker started working so an appointment would not be needed. He was very helpful and told me if the icemaker started acting up, I could go to Amazon.com and buy a replacement. He then said Youtube had helpful instructions on installing icemakers and it was a pretty easy install job. Ben explained he was trying to save me money but If i need an appointment be sure to check back. I was very impressed and will certainly call for any other appliance needs I might have."
