Legacy is a small company in comparison to the local big guys. Eric returned my original call very quickly and returned followup call just as quickly. We booked an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM and he showed up perfectly on time. He explained in plain English what he would do and why. I checked in once while he was working and he took time to show me the video he was taking of the inside of my furnace. The job took about 1 1/2 hours. Upon completion he showed us a very detailed inspection report and gave us a private portal link to view your photos and report online. His price is very competitive as well. We had only a routine check up done but because my great experience I will recommend Eric at Legacy for any HVAC needs you have. Legacy will now be your go to for heating and cooling of our home."

"We called Aire Serv out as our AC line was freezing and the air was not coming out cold. The tech who came out told us we need a new evaporator coil, and we have rust in the unit also. We asked what we could do in the meantime so we could stay in the house, he said he could put refrigerant in but we shouldn't cause it's expensive and it would just leak out. We decided to put it in anyway and see if we made it til the new coil got here. We were then informed that the cost of the coil and labor would be $1900 out of pocket and that was after the home warranty. We decided to get a second opinion (our AC was still working fine after three days). We had Elite come out and the tech informed us that there was a small leak in the coil, it didn't need replacing, just tightening and there was no rust. I run a dog sitting business out of my home and I had to cancel dogs for this week because I didn't know if the air would be working. They also charged $389 for 3lbs of refrigerant. I would find a different company, they do not care for customers at all!"
