Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

Owner came back to collect the balance due, and I was amazed, bc my house was built in 1890, chances are good that those 3 layers of shingles are from the original roof, so I was AMAZED that they only needed 3 sheets of plywood, I thought there would be more damage, what a blessing!!
