"I hired this service to design my backyard and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The designer was able to take my vision and turn it into a beautiful reality. They provided a detailed plan and were able to work within my budget. The installation team was professional and the work was completed on time. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space."

"Very quick and responsive. Mike Gamache was a real straight shooter. He was the only contractor that I talked to that I felt like I could get on the same level. Once we started mike was really helpful working with me around my work schedule and working on his days off. He was always there when I asked and he always was the guy dealing with problems I had and fixed them ASAP."

"We are so pleased. After such a disappointing experience with the first contractor (sadly also someone we found on Angie's list) , it was difficult to find someone to even take the job. Kevin not only agreed to take the job but he listened to everything we wanted and kept us updated with every thing he was going to do. Any job that was subcontracted out, he checked and double checked and fixed any problems as they came along. We plan to remodel the entire house and hope Kevin will consent to do each job.Anyone who has any questions about KMS or the contractor we had before...can email me with questions . Email address is tjspics@gmail.com. Pics are available for both projects <br />"

I am a full-service licensed and bonded General Building Contractor. I do all of my own work with the help of one subcontractor, and my three adult sons (if needed). My wife and I run our business with the highest of integrity and base our reputation on satisfying our clients. I have been working in Shasta County for over 35 years and have completed many projects of all sizes. My clients have always been thrilled with the beautiful results.\nI am fast and professional and in the end you will pay less by hiring an expert like me who knows what he's doing and can get the job done quickly, and to your satisfaction, as opposed to a less expensive handyman who won't know the procedures to do your job professionally and will take more time. Many times I have been called in to fix the mistakes of a handyman.\nI am happy to give you a free estimate based on a quick meeting at your home or project site.\nIf your project requires simple plans to be drawn, I have a degree from Shasta College in Drafting. If you do need plans, advice on options for your situation, or an exact bid, I will have to charge you for my time in researching, drawing up, and writing the exact specifications. However, if you hire me to do the work, you will receive a credit for the amount you paid for the specifications.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in French-gulch, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
