I am especially happy with the gate, which had to be modified on the fly due to unforeseen issues. The guys were able to make all the modifications on site with no delays. They have installed exterior lighting, power vents on our roof, repaired/replaced exterior wood that was rotted, replaced damaged fascia and soffetts, and painted the exterior of our house. Barry's brother Bill installed a PlexiDor through-the-wall dog door; he and the rest of the crew appear to take pride in their work. They are all kind and respectful. I like and trust them all. Barry prepares the estimates and schedules the work. While the work was in progress Barry came by our house almost everyday to insure the timeliness and quality of the work. If I ask Barry a question that he doesn't know the answer to he doesn't blow smoke; instead he says he doesn't know but will find the answer and get back to me. I feel I can trust someone like that. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
