I just bought a house in Visalia and it turned out the underground gutter drainage system was completely clogged and flooding the back yard. Had no idea where the pipes went or where it was clogged. Ebert had an excellent understanding of how those systems were constructed and how to best diagnose where the problems were via a fiber optic camera snake.
