"Quick to respond, was able to turn water off, next day fixed the pipe, left my yard nice and clean! I also had them clean my sewer line a few months back as well! Noticed a blockage on city side and was able to assist me with getting the city to fix the issue. 100% recommend!"

"Water remediation was great. The build back is still ongoing but should be completed shortly. This company’s service is great. They are prompt and very easy to work with. They are respectful of my property and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any of their services."

"They replaced the line as requested without delay."

"They were nice guys.  They were hired by the contractor remodeling our bathroom.  I have a complaint against them - they knocked a couple of holes through the bathroom, into the living room.  We had to do the repair ourselves.  The plumbing was fine, but I didn't appreciate the holes in the wall.  I actually complained to the contractor and I don't know if he said anything about it.  I used my plumber for all the other plumbing work in my house.  Once the contractor was through with his little piece, then I got my own plumbing in."

"This past weekend, my third floor toilet/sinks were backing up due to a lost plumbing snake. I called SmartChoice and spoke with Carlos this past Sunday. He came out Sunday night and looked at the situation. He returned Monday with Travis and tried to get the snake out but couldn't (He removed the toiled, put in a camera and tried taking it out that way). He finally returned this morning (with Travis) and finished the job. He cut into the wall into our garage and pulled it out. I really appreciated the fact that Carlos tried multiple ways to get the snake out before cutting into the wall. He did not immediately pick the most expensive option.
During all 3 visits, Carlos (and Travis) were very professional. They were on time, very detailed with their explanation on what needed to be come. I called multiple plumbers last Sunday before choosing SmartChoice. They had the best price. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call them in the future if I have more plumbing issues.

"My home is older and the galvanized water pipes have been springing leaks. I called "The Plumber" (Chris) for an estimate to re-pipe the home. Chris promptly provided a well priced estimate for 100% PEX from the supply to the fixtures, new water heater and moving the main supply entry to the house. The Plumber crew was courteous, expedient (completed in a day) and kept a clean work area. I am pleased with the quote, The Plumbing work crew and the overall project. I would use again / recommend "The Plumber"."

"I’ve had them do several repairs on my older home and they did a fantastic job! Very professional, and great pricing. I would definitely recommend them."

"Outdoor hose faucet (spigot) installation"

"Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to protect the back of our house from foundation problems from a large oak tree.  They also added catch basins to existing drainage pipes as well as replacing some piping where needed.  Rob spent a generous amount of time taking a good look at our property, assessing what would work best and answering all of my questions. I was very pleased with the work done and with the people he has on his crew.

"Tony was prompt and his retired father was a help too. He did an excellent job, he filled every gap and replaced the thing in the faucet. The door on my bedroom is not working but now everything is working properly. It was my first time to use him but it was well worked. I would recommend him to anybody. He was professional and on time."
