I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job, I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He was very responsive. He designed the whole layout of the basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. "Had a great experience with Chris Kuper at Basement Detective! My basement flooded from non-stop storms and I needed a sump pump installed along with complete renovation of my basement. They were very competitive in pricing and outstanding in results. Chris even helped coordinate with the contractor doing my basement renovation after the sump was installed to make sure none of the drainage was disturbed by the new work being done. I have since weathered at least 3 large storms and can hear the sump working as needed. Very happy with the results!"
