While I cannot judge their plumbing services, I can say that their customer service is great. Very responsive and understanding. Original review: I asked for someone to repair an outdoor spa heater. I spoke with the scheduler and specifically told them this was a Rheem 156 outdoor pool heater. And I was told all the details were in the system. The tech did not know about my requirements, and was not familiar with an outdoor spa heater. Did no tell me anything I did not already know. Wasted $125 call out fee."

"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin... Alan came and put all my fears to rest. He was completely honest and said he didn't think I really needed to do anything right now. My furnace was clean as a whistle, was running fine, and he didn't see any reason to replace or repair anything. I had the filter in backwards, but ooopppsss... lol.. luckily I had another one, so that was a quick swap all was right in the world again. As a woman, it can feel like I have a great big red bullseye on my forehead when I start talking about home repairs to some of these contracting companies.... Parrish made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything, and treated me with the utmost respect. They're one of the few good guys out there that really just want to do right by their customers and aren't out to nickel and dime anyone or use scare tactics just to get a commission. "Needed sewage pump replaced and line opened up. Called several others (Barr, A+,Fremyer, Comstock, Tri County) . None knew or cared what to do. I was told various things, call someone else or just ghosted. Powells took the bull by the horns. They tracked down the manufacturer of my old school system here in The Woods and with some detective work diagnosed and replaced pump without digging it all up. Two prior companies had said it needed to be dug up. If you have a REAL problem, call a REAL plumber!"

"A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"The plumber, Moe, arrived on time and repaired all the items that I had requested. We were having a very large event at our house and I needed all the toilets to be working well! On Friday ( the following day) at 3pm, I discovered the main toilet was not working correctly, the inside chain was jamming around the other parts. I called Gene's and was first told that they wouldn't be able to send anyone until the following week, but the person who took the call said she would see what she could do to help us. Within an hour, Moe as back and repaired the toilet ( it needed another new part). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services."
