"Excellent overall service. Technicians Sam and Willie arrived on schedule and were quickly able to access the work to be done. They paid attention to detail and made sure they cleaned up any mess. They were also patient and made sure I was happy with the work. I had to pay a little extra for an optional surge protector, and even though I had one it was not conveniently located for the HDTV outlet. They also made suggestions for placement and wiring to assure it was sufficient for connections to receiver.
