AFTER NATE LEFT.ARNARDO FROM BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING SHOED UP AND PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS CHECKING IF NATE TOOK PICTURES OF PIPES LEADING FROM SEPTIC TANK. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB. "We had an old solar panel on the roof (installed by a previous owner for the hot water heater and disconnected who knows when). The roof began to leak around on the solar panel "legs". They removed the panel, sealed up the areas and took away the monstrosity. They were perfection!!!!"
