I was given two different quotes, one for $188 and another for $299. Rather than clarifying or honoring the lower price, he defaulted to the higher one without discussion. In the end, I paid over $100 more than discussd. This kind of inconsistency reflects disorganization at best, and opportunism at worst. For the amount I was charged, I would have expected a more complete service,such as cleaning up the leftover glass. But that wasn?t part of the job, apparently. He showed up, did the work, and benefited from my honesty when I pointed out the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me. The five-year warranty is a strong point, and I do appreciate the effort he put on a hot day. Professionalism is about more than just finishing the job, its about how you treat your customers and run your business. If you care about all that, Jose is not the one."

"The provider, Dylan Franz, was about 45 minutes late showing up. He brought another man with him. I thought all was going well, til I stepped out to check on his progress. The roof beams of the gazebo were damaged, especially one beam. I told Dylan this wasn’t acceptable and asked him how he was going to make this right. He suggested reinforcing the beam with another board, and he would come back after I ordered a replacement beam and replace it. I didn’t know what else to do, so I agreed, and he proceeded with the assembly. He knocked on my door around 9:30 pm to inform me that all was done and to give him a call, and he’d help me repair and correct the damage. I paid him, along with a tip for him and his fellow worker. The gazebo looked complete to my untrained eye. The sight was cleaned up with no extra materials or pieces left in sight. The cardboard boxes that the kit came in were all gone, so it looked like it was completed. I was going through the manual for the gazebo a few days later to get the item number for the damaged beam when I noticed additional items that were supposed to be on the roof. I’ve ordered and paid for the missing items, and now I am facing finding another provider to correct and complete the gazebo assembly. I’m left feeling scammed and very dissatisfied with my experience."

I've never seen such hard working individuals take such pride in the work they were doing to make sure everything was done to specifications. They worked very hard for two days and did an incredible job. They showed up on time. They worked straight through each day with only a small lunch break. They cleaned up after themselves and worked together seamlessly and effortlessly. Their attention to detail was impressive and the quality of workmanship extremely professional. They exceeded all of our expectations! We highly recommend Masterpiece Construction Expects if you are in the market for new windows or doors. They are the best in the business and worth every penny!
