"It went Great! We found out that Roberta Lathrop was visiting a mutual friend from Michigan at the same time that I had to move my mom from her 2 bedroom home to 1 bedroom senior assisted living apartment. During the visit with Roberta, I hired her for my dilemma. I took her to the apartment and I could feel her wheels turning. She started measuring windows, rooms, closets, etc. Then we went to moms house to figure out what needs to go to apartment and what goes to Sunshine Village. More measuring, pictures, furniture, nick naks, kitchen, even the kitchen and bathroom items had to be downsized and put in different, safer places. I would have never thought of putting cups, glasses, dishes etc., in drawers. The final thing that put tears and love in my eyes is when Roberta put a large picture up next to her bed. Moms daughter drew a picture of Jesus when she was about 15 that was just beautiful. It was facing her bed in apartment. Roberta divided things in bathroom closet for her level on walker. Once a week I would rotate to bring more down and know what to buy more of. I realized she had a great eye for locating things for handicapped people in a safe and organized way. All through her walk throughs, her wheels kept turning. Safety for the resident was her #1 priority. Getting all the loving things she wanted to transfer was her #2 priority. Mom was happy, safe and loved. I am now using some of Robertas hints on myself."

"Customer service from Lowe's was great. They directed us toward a carpet style quality that fit our needs/desires and budget. They were patient while we tried different color samples and asked for various price quotes given different carpets and floor plans. <br /> The installer/estimator was quick to get out to the house and was polite. <br /> Once we decided, carpet arrived earlier than predicted. Installation was easy to schedule. <br /> The installer was a few hours late due to previous job taking longer than anticipated, but worked late to finish our job. <br /> They vacuumed the carpet well before leaving and left the house neat. <br /> The carpet looks very nice. I like the quality of the carpet and the install was done very nicely. I like where the seams were placed compared to the previous installation. The seams were done well as to be almost invisible. They also repaired a section of carpet in another area that my cat had damaged. The patch job looked great. They re-stretched the carpet in another room as well. <br /> <br /> <br />"

They were here on 1st of May to give me an estimate and on the 8th of May they came and measured. I had it done on 4th or 5th of June. I have never seen such good workmanship and such politeness. They do plumbing work also. They are good people. Earlier they have put in a floor. I have nothing bad to say about the installation. The finished product was very good. The price was beautiful. They honoured the coupon even after the estimate. It was $500 coupon. They were on time with regards to punctuality. If I have anything more to do, I will definitely go to them."
