"We had them replace stairs and our lower deck at the lake house. Sales representative was very good and did tell us it would be a while before the work would be started. Took a bit longer than â the whileâ we anticipated based on his estimate and I friend calling to check on the status of the project. Thatâ s the only thing Iâ d mark them down on: communication while waiting. Installation team was good and cleaned the area well. Very happy with the results."

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"Could not be more pleased with my experience with Garage Kings and the way the garage floor turned out. Russ did an excellent job explaining the process, and with communication from quote through installation. I also really appreciated the storage trailer offered (free of charge!) to provide a secure location for the items from my garage during the installation process. The floor is amazing, transforms the garage from a dull, plain space into another highlight of the condo. Plus, so much easier to clean and maintain. "It started out really good. There were a few bumps, i.e. workers quit, got hurt, but that is part of the construction business. Overall it was a good process. I am very pleased with what they did. They completely revamped my kitchen, they tore down walls, built up a beam, raised a window, moved my sink from one side of the kitchen. I had to also buy a whole box of siding to fix where they raised the window, so the guy went around my house and replaced all broken or bad siding with what was left. Way above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them. Tim was a great liason. He promptly responded to my texts and he always kept me in the loop!"
