"Quick response 12/30. Without heat. The company contacted me immediately after the call to HomeAdvisor. Sent Edwin out early the following day. He was very professional, courteous and explained in detail with photos of the furnace (which is in the attic!!) what the problems were. He did not pressure me, answered questions succinctly and honestly, and gave me more than adequate time to evaluate the offer, cost, etc. with alternatives. Edwin treated me with respect and did not talk down to me. This was a refreshing experience since I am a senior and a woman. I decided, after conferring with knowledgable family members, to buy a new furnace through Power Pro. The old furnace was a cheaper one and 20 years old that builder had put in. To repair was not cost-effective. The new one will be installed immediately.I recommend this company highly and will follow up if I experience any problems with their follow up. This is the sixth house I have owned. After bad experiences with home warranty companies that take your money and do not respond timely or well, I get better work and worth it in the long run to use local services."
