William, the owner, is great about explaining our options and always finds the best and most efficient way to work within the confines of an older two-story duplex on a sloped lot that has serious access issues. Pricing is fair, they have never failed to show up on the appointed day, and on time, and complete the job as agreed. Luis came out the next day and had a very clear explanation of what need to be done and the timeframe involved, along with a very fair estimate. Jaclyn provided outstanding customer service and immediately set up an appointment. Jack's knowledge is encyclopedic; his skill is utmost; and his actions are meticulous. "We needed a NEMA 14-50 EV charger installed outdoors for an electric car, and got 3 quotes from Angie's List. Based on the 3 bids, it seemed certain we'd need a subpanel breaker box installed as our main breaker box was full and there were no empty slots to assign to the EV charger. However, only Tommy from Fairway offered up a potential solution within the existing breaker box, if they were able to source a hard to find quad breaker. It seemed unlikely, but would save a lot of hours (new box install / wiring under the house) and money. Sure enough, he source the part and made it happen.
