"I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

I did experience some loss of bushes and other back yard items due to damage, and have since picked up a can of nails from my yard. This is the only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5. "After Hurricane Harvey hit it took awhile to get the insurance company to come out. And then trying to schedule the repairs on the roof and inside of house was tough. We had a different company that we worked with before on the actual roof. Their person who did the schedule ind repairs on the inside of the houses was booked for months. I went on to Home Advisors and were given 3 recommendations. One never contacted me, the other one was higher in price by about $1000. Tx Elite roofing did an excellent job!!!! They said it would take only two days to do. Even working around my families schedule it took only two days. They moved the furniture, put it back, cleaned up, and hauled away the debris. They were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again. In fact I have several jobs that I am going to be saving up for to have them do."

Couldn't be happier.  Both crews (painting and floor installation) were very professional.  I love the interior paint.  We had deferred this project and the new paint and flooring really improved our investment.  Alex and George, crew chiefs, were excellent -- kept me informed and assured that we were satisfied with the end product.  Pricing was very reasonable and fair.  Mike and Erin in the office kept me updated on the projected time frames.

George identified that our floors were uneven and did the work to level them.  Now the squeak in the hallway is gone!

This is a quality company and I heartedly recommend them for any of your projects.  My only regret is that I didn't identify them earlier so that they could have done the rebuild on our stairs.  They did do the paint and stain.  The stair rebuild went okay, but would have simplified my life if I had had Silver Oaks do that work too.

Roof replacement is next on the list and I will be contacting Silver Oaks to do that work.

"I had Guardian Windows replace two large eyebrow windows (68x80), one of them over my front entry door. From start to finish, the entire process was excellent. Marty the owner came and gave me a quote, well in line with other vendors but for extra-strong frames. The team he sent worked with me to schedule their repair during my time off work. They were very courteous and professional. They took their time to do it right and safely. And their clean-up was amazing. They even cleaned the small pebbles of broken glass out of the flower beds. As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
