I contacted HMR and asked that they provide me with an estimate to remove my existing chain-link fence and install a six foot vinyl privacy fence.  They showed up the same day and gave me, what I considered to be, a very reasonable price to perform the work and provide all the materials. (Much lower than the others)  So I chose HMR.

They scheduled me for the following Saturday.  They arrived at 7 a.m. as scheduled and were finished that afternoon.  I was very impressed with their knowledge and willingness to clean everything up afterwards.  If you're considering a new fence, I would definitely recommend these guys!

"Overall I am quite pleased with the job Dennis and his men did.  It took a bit longer than expected (approx. eight working days versus four expected), but the delay was because the job ended up being more difficult (angled deck board placements) than anticipated, and the quoted price stayed the same.
Not all of Dennis' workers always seemed like they were sure what they were doing (had trouble with basic construction math on a couple of occasions), and it seemed he has trouble getting some to show up on time (although this could just be my perception...maybe they were at other jobs in the morning?), and that may have had something to do with the delay as well, but I'd rather the job be done right (it was) than fast.
The workers were always pleasant to talk with, kept the work area straight, cleaned up well after the job was done, and took extra time to make sure the deck was completed in the way that I wanted.  I will definitely be keeping GCS on my list of contractors to call when I need future work done.

"They were a second contractor we got pricing from and they proposed doing the job in a way that greatly reduced cost. They were prompt, professional, and picked up our toilet and sink from Lowes. They kept things clean during the work and it looked good when they finished."

"All of the workers were polite and cooperative in planning and executing our project. Their finished work is excellent. John Peters was there to answer questions and personally supervise their work. We are very satisfied with Alliance Contracting and highly recommend them. There are a few small touch ups that they promised they would return to finish. We are just waiting for that to be done - but they are very busy so we hope it will be finished soon."

"Wade did an amazing job on my home. He turned a weed infested patio area into a beautiful patio. the stamped concrete and fire pit are amazing and i can't wait to use them. He also remodeled my lower level which had old paneling through out. it is now a beautiful space that i enjoy using now. Before, I only went into the basement to get to the garage and wash clothes. Now I use it as my main living area. I had guests who stayed in the basement bedroom for two weeks. They had nothing but good words for how the space (den, bedroom, and bar) had been transformed. The quality was outstanding too. Wade's team also landscaped the outside with a beautiful border and rocks. I have received numerous comments from the neighbors on how good my lawn and landscaping looks. My yard has never looked better!! "For this work we obtained three estimates. Larry Conyers, the owner of the company, and his son Matt Conyers, came over and discussed the project with us. We were very impressed how willing they were to listen to our ideas and develop a design around them. Also, the price that they quoted was very reasonable. We liked how flexible they were as we made minor modifications to the design. They tore out the old deck, build the new deck and pergola over our hot tub, and created a paved patio around the deck and hot tub. We were extremely happy with the workmanship. In fact, we were so pleased with the work that we asked them to do further landscaping, including creating a path with pavers/gravel, tearing out the old lawn, and putting down turf, and placing outdoor lighting. They did an exceptional job at a reasonable price. We both were extremely impressed with their esthetic sense, and were very pleased with the final results. For a short period, between the first and second part of the project, we did lose contact with them, and were not able to get hold of them by phone or e-mail. However, we found out that they were short staffed at the time, and once this was clear, there were no further problems. We would recommend Conyers Construction for any deck on landscaping work."
