"What a great group of people! Our A/C went out over the weekend. They called within the hour of putting in a Service Order. We were able to get a tech out and fix everything within 24 hours. "Comfort Monster did a superb job diagnosing and servicing my HVAC. I called late in the day and scheduled an appointment the next day. The tech checked multiple sources to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to get my unit running in under 30 minutes. My unit is very old, so I requested a quote for a new system and received a very sensible estimate in under 24 hours. In contrast, I was told by a tech from another company I needed a replacement unit. "DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL EMERSON FIRST!!! - I wish I could leave Emerson a TEN star rating! If you are having a/c issues, do yourself a favor and call him FIRST, you will NOT be disappointed! He FIXED our problem instead of REPLACING it ~ literally saving us thousands on a new unit that we were being advised was needed! He is also honest, professional, personable, on time and very affordable! Can not recommend him enough!!!"
