He provided fantastic explanations of what was and was not needed, putting me greatly at ease and giving me a strong basis for negotiating the final price of the house. Michael and his crew came out this past weekend to do the work, and they were fantastic. Quick, efficient, and unobtrusive, even taking time to move and replant a large bush that was in the way of some of the work they needed to do. "Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."
