"Gilbert was professional and really took his time answering all my questions, educating me on what to look for, and inspecting my apartment. There was no visible mold, however, through lab test results from swabs he had taken off the radiator and floor/baseboard it displayed two strains of mold that are airborne/mold spores. "The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"
