Get matched with top basement remodelers in Gaines, MI

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"Brent and his crew did an excellent job on my basement remodel. Not knowing where to start, Brent provided industry knowledge and experience to help narrow down my options and guide me in the right direction on choosing the right products. Him and his crew were clean and polite during construction process. I was comfortable with them in my home and definitely would recommend them on any project in the future. Thanks High Road!"

"They put in a second floor deck tore down old one as well. They were punctual. Great to work with. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Cleaned up afterwards. Very reasonable costs. Very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend. Will definitely use for any other project."

"Built to Last Construction was recommended to my husband and me by his brother. They remodeled my bother-in law's kitchen and built him a beautiful deck, which is featured on their website at https://www.b2lconstruction.com. We hired them to remodel our kitchen. It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. I recommended them to a friend who is keeping them busy with projects at her home. My friend recommended them to someone else who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"I hired this company to tear out a tub and install a tip walk-in shower. Full bathroom remodel including flooring. Very impressive work!!"

"Chapman Homes was incredible to work with! Our home was a total remodel. Chapman Homes did the drywall throughout our entire house. The city inspector asked who our contractor was and commented on what a great job had been done. Dave is dependable, hardworking, timely and kind! I would highly recommend Chapman Homes."

"Lucas was able to install a bathroom fan for us, install a vanity, paint our basement ceilings, install lights in our basement, and complete a closet install in our upstairs bedroom. This work was completed within a timely manner and Lucas was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in his work as well."
