"Tile installation was GREAT, problem, contractor cut all tiles on the floor of the bathroom, didn’t bother to cover my vanity, tub, or sections of the floor. In addition, I am sure I observed them loading 2-3 boxes of my tiles in there truck, they finished and left in a hurry, like they just robbed a bank. They didn’t clean anything up, left one h*** of mess, which took me 1/2 a day to clean up, note I am 77 yrs old and don’t move as fast as I used to"

"I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. I completely understand that businesses need to make a profit, but being charged over $500 for a 20-minute visit is more than what many highly skilled professionals—attorneys included—earn for their time. Before scheduling the service, I asked for a quote on both the part and labor. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn't provide that information in advance (which, in hindsight, should’ve been a red flag). I trusted the positive reviews and moved forward anyway. When the technician arrived, they spent about five minutes confirming what we already knew: that we needed a specific part. We expressed concern about the cost, and a manager offered a modest discount, which we declined. We ended up paying the $80 just to be told exactly what we had already suspected. Afterward, we contacted another company that provided the part at cost ($100) and completed the service for $135. Bottom line: if you're trying to avoid unnecessary expenses--which I think right now most people are, it’s worth calling around. I’d recommend saving yourself the service call fee and going with a company that’s more transparent from the start- one that respects your time and your wallet."
