"I used Greenlee to replace my water heater. They replied to my inquiry for service very quickly, even though it was after normal business hours. They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. Their work was fast and they did a great job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly and professional. "The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they respond and install my water heater in Less than 24 hours. The technician who run my call show that he has knowledge about that job. When the job was done he explained how the new water heater work and what to if help is need it. He also explained and showed me the deficiency of the valves and recomended to be changed. I when ahead and take his recommdation. I took their number from the broken water heater that was installed 23 year ago. If I ever need plumbing service I will call then in a heartbeat."
