"Amazing customer service in every way. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. He went way beyond my expectations for our kitchen remodeling job. Very knowledgeable with good recommendations and even went with us to the cabinet vendor to make sure we got what we needed. When he ran a new electrical line for our appliance, he used only the minimum of the expensive wiring and only charged for that part of the roll. That was just one of the many ways he went out of his way to make sure we were completely happy with his service. When he installed the overhead lights he made sure all the details were covered, some that I had never even thought of. I'd give them 6 stars if I could."

Dreamville Remodeling oversaw and executed a major addition to our home - the addition of a new kitchen, bathroom and basement transformation along with turning our carport into a living room, and internal restructuring to create new rooms for new uses. It was easy to work collaboratively with them, as we brought our ideas and vision for how we wanted the house to look, feel and function, and they brought their experience for making our vision a reality. We appreciated their frank but respectful input on a number of decisions ("really, the master bathroom should have two sinks") which have proven to be the correct choices! While a significant renovation, we were still able to live in the rest of the house as it went on. We also appreciated their input on decorating decisions (e.g., tile, paint, fixtures) that to us seemed initially overwhelming (so. many. colors.). "Fantastic experience with a responsive, highly skilled, professional team. We initially contacted LFC to redesign a half wall/counter in a basement kitchenette area so we could remove and replace an old refrigerator. Tony listened, assessed the situation and came up with a very creative and cost effective solution for our problem. They cut back the half wall and kept the counter by carefully cutting it and installing a hinge so it could swing up and down. To save on flooring costs, they used extra carpet and tile that we had and blended it in. We were so pleased that we had him come back out to look at the recurring rotten wood problem around our front door entryway and our garage door. Tony suggested cost effective, non-wood materials, and a custom design by his carpenter to preclude further water erosion. Both projects were completed in a timely manner by a team of highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work. The level of detail in the intricate carpentry work is exceptional."

"It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom!
