"Dani was able to fit me in and came in the evening. Let me know when he was coming. He confirmed that the refrigerator was not worth repairing. Whole diagnostic took under 15 minutes. Paid for his time and felt he was very thorough and professional. Will use their services in the future."

"The number one most amazing company, service, and people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Umar and Jason went so far beyond the call of duty to help me buy and install a new washing machine the SAME day mine broke. This was not a normal emergency of having a broken washer. I was having a medical emergency with my daughter and needed a working washer. Umar and Jason shopped, bought a washer, and installed it the same day. They hauled away my old machine. Their fees which included the cost of an extra large Samsung washer were fair and reasonable. I should have been charged a concierge charge because that was the level of service they provided..I highly recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair or installation of a new appliance. They truly are â Above the Rest.â"

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"He showed up at the scheduled time. He repaired the vacuum cleaner within an hour. Very friendly and personable, and he asked if there anything else that need to be fixed. I would highly recommend Mahdy Mehraeen!!!"

"I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem."

"Great service from our technician Jamell! He quickly solved the problem with our gas dryer, had the parts ordered in a day, and completed the repair on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely call Mr Appliance again! Thanks guys."

"Easy to work with. Reasonable pricing. He was willing to give me a quote over the phone, which most Appliance Repair people refuse to do."

"The best repair service ever. My LG refrigerator went dead and I'm extremely thankful that repairmen Gregory and Brian was able to bring it back to great working form. They were both professional and knowledgeable about the issues. I would definitely recommend this company because of their expertise. Customer service representative Joanna was very helpful and understanding. She was equally professional . Fantastic team that gets the job done."

"Amazing experience working with Global Repairs, reliable company, with knowledgeable technicians, excellent customer service."

"I called in the morning and they were able to respond the same day. Kenny responded to the call, secured the necessary part and made the repair. He saved me a great deal of money by not having to replace a washing machine. He was very professional and I will be making an appointment for him to return and fix my refrigerator ice making unit and replace a handle on a refrigerator. So glad I found someone who can repair appliances! Suggest you contact him. Thanks, Kenny!"
