"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. To cut down on foot traffic and less contact [because of COVID-19], he always used the back door. When completed, he tested the water, explained the temp controls, and where to turn the water off in case of an emergency. Everything was complete, and he departed at 3p. I am perfectly satisfied! Mr. Lal Zaua was responsive to my needs, treated me and my home with respect, and made sure that I understood everything before he started the job. Thank you so much!"

He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."
