"I am writing to share my positive experience with Armando and his crew. They did an excellent job replacing rotten wood with Hardie planks and provided helpful recommendations to correct repairs left by a previous contractor's poor workmanship. I would highly recommend their professionalism for any roof or siding repairs. They are truly a five-star company."

"After the initial consultation they forgot to send me the estimate until I requested it. We had discussed adding two new bathroom vents and we were told it wasn't a problem. They were the cheapest bid for the same materials as all the other companies we had spoken with, so we set a date to start the work. On the day of the install no one showed up and I received a call a few hours later stating they didn't have a crew and we rescheduled it for a few days later. Again, no one showed up. We rescheduled it a final time and someone finally came to do the install. The crew that came did a good job with the install but the clean-up with the magnetic sweeper was not great. There were nails, roof tiles, and debris that was not hard to see and was left for us to clean. They completed the job rather late and I noticed the next morning that the bathroom vents had not been cut out like discussed. I called and was told that because I never told them where to put the holes they couldn't do it. I was not aware I was responsible for letting them know where to cut the holes. I was also home all day and no one came to ask me where to cut the holes. They offered to come and cut the holes after they were finished but after taking off three days from work already and the roof was complete I did not want them to tear it up. I got a new roof but I would rather pay more money to have a company that is more responsible and respectful to the customer and their time."

"We were extremely satisfied with the great job that Raymond and his team did on our roof repair. He gave us a better price than the estimate that we got with another company and did a lot more work for us than the other company had promised to do. Raymond and his team came out to do the free estimate and finished the job on the same day working well into the night to finish. We were very pleased with the scope of the work and all the time and effort put into it for the price that we paid. Raymond is extremely personable and thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired, showed us pictures and videos of the damage on our roof and took care of all the repairs from top to bottom. We would hire him again in a heartbeat to do more work for us. Excellent job all the way around. Highly recommend."
