I sent out requests for a price estimate to multiple companies and David got back to me first. He was available same day for a free consultation. He was prompt, polite and professional. After assessing the damage done to my water heater, we talked over a few possibilities based on my finances. It appeared the whole thing would need to be replaced so he offered to search for gently used water heaters. David got back with me within a week and said that he had researched ways to repair the current damage and that it was worth trying. I told him to go for it because worst case scenario, we replace it as we originally planned. He was at my house the next day and successfully repaired the damage, saving me a ton of money not having to buy a new one. He also offered multiple types of payment (so if you always have cash, never have cash, or want touch free only through an app, you have lots of options)I am so happy with his work and responsiveness! Excellent housekeeping throughout job.

Went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

So pleased with his work that we subsequently hired him for another, smaller project which he executed flawlessly.  Will be calling on him again for additional remodeling work.

"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. "Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"
