I have an annual service contract for my residence with Oregon Heating and always request that Chris be my technician.  If I have to wait a little longer to get on his schedule, it's worth it!  Chris is a true pro.  He is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly, courteous and cares about the customer's needs.  I also recently used Oregon Heating and Chris to service the system in my Mother's home.  She passed away a few months ago and I am selling her house.  I needed a detailed service for the potential buyer, so I asked for Chris.  As always, he did a superior job for me and I am sure has satisfied the home's buyer.

Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. "I was asking for bids for a company to repair our AC. Wolcott came out, under the pretense of looking over things, and then charged me $97 for the service call. I paid for the service, since the technician did some work. At the end, he gave me a run down of the problems and said he would come back with his supervisor to bid out the rest of the work. I never heard from them again and my AC continues to not work properly. Won't be hiring them again."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
