They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. "The inspector arrived pretty much on time. He spent about 30 minutes or so in the crawlspace looking around.
Upon the completion of his inspection, he made recommendations and showed me pictures of what he found. He provided a  weather station that indicates internal and external temperatures. I did not know I had moisture in my home particularly in the crawlspace.
In addition, his office sent me a written list of the recommendations.  I would like to use their service to have my crawlspace

"If you want a company that does it right, this is the one. He corrected everything that was wrong so that when I’m ready to sell I know I will be at code. He has installed fans and lights, put in a wireless fire and carbon dioxide system, added a 120 plug for my kiln, and re-wired and updated grounding plugs and added new lighting to my garage. He is well versed in current codes, explains everything in layman’s terms, and checks his work more than once so you never have to call him back. He also can clean up old wires so you don’t have unnecessary wires in the way. I’ve worked with him for several years and I won’t call any one else!"

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
