"Called him to do work on a property we manage and gave him tenants infomation to contact them and arrange a time.  His employee showed up at our office to do the job and didn;t speak enough english to be able to communicate with me.
We worked through that and got them to the property and they did part of the job and said they needed to order parts.  That was in July in September we were still waiting for the job to be completed.  I had left numerous emails and phone calls but did not hear anything back from them.  When I finally got them out there the job was completed and done well.

"Tim Swenson of Hoffman Weber came through for me when I had clients purchase a home that had been neglected by previous owner. The siding on chimney was severely damaged by Woodpeckers, then wood rot. I wanted to have it repaired for these first time buyers and I reached out to Tim. He had it estimated and scheduled in only a couple of days. The work was completed within a week of closing and they replaced additional rotted sided boards while they were there with leftover material. To say I was impressed is an understatement.
